A potentially serious sleep disorder in which breathing repeatedly stops and starts is known as Sleep Apnea.
This is usually seen in the age group above 50 years and also can be caused due to obesity. Symptoms mainly include snoring loudly and feeling tired even after a full night’s sleep.
