This salt can give you relief from pain as well it improves blood circulation and releases the stress from the shoulder as well as the whole body. You have to fill the bathtub with lukewarm water and add 2 cups of Epsom salt. Mix it well and sit in the tub with your shoulders merged in it for 20-25 minutes. Repeat this three times a week to notice the better results. The other alternatives that you can use are soaking a towel in warm water and then use it on your shoulder to treat the pain.
Turmeric is an antiseptic and also it acts as an effective pain reliever. It affects best when it is consumed or used topically. It is anti-inflammatory in nature and also helps to relieve the pain and swelling. You have to add a tablespoon of coconut oil to turmeric powder and make a paste of it. Apply turmeric paste on the affected area of your shoulder. Once you apply it wait till it gets dry and wash it with warm water. Use this remedy twice to get the relief from pain. Another alternative is you can add olive oil to turmeric and apply it on your shoulder.
Apple cider vinegar:

You have to add two cups of raw and unfiltered apple cider vinegar to the water and sit in this water for 25-30 minutes. Black sesame seeds:
Calcium and magnesium are high in sesame seeds that are good for bone health. Other than that minerals present in it help to reduce the joint pain and swelling. You need to soak a handful of sesame seeds in water overnight and then consume this seed with water next morning. It should be done for few days to get the best results.
Lime and honey:
If your shoulder pain is due to arthritis then this is the best remedy which you can use. Add one whole lime juice to the glass of warm water and add honey to make it sweet. Consume it daily so that you can flush toxins from your body.
