Remedies to treat stomach pain

Stomach pain is usually faced by many of the peoples. These pains occur due to many of the reason like nausea or bowel syndrome. It may be stomach pain or abdominal pain still it can be treated. Most of the people use various medicines or painkiller to treat the pain. There are many of the natural remedies which can help you to treat your stomach pain.

Rooibos tea:

Baking soda:

Ginger tea:

                   Ginger tea is the best ways which can soothe the effect of the digestive system. It has the properties of gastroprotective which blocks the acid and it also ends the bacteria found in stomach known as Helicobacter pylori. You have to take two cups of water and add few slices of ginger to it and let it steep for 10 minutes. If you have developed a stomach ache then drink this ginger tea 20 minutes before your meal.

Papaya:

           If you get bloated and you burp constantly then eat papaya. Papaya contains papain which is beneficial for health as well it helps to eliminate the burn and bloating from the body. Papaya contains some enzymes which help in digestion and preventing from forming a gas in the stomach.

Peppermint leaves:

              Menthol is present in peppermint leaves which works actively to soothe the digestion tract. This leaves are very effective and are the best remedy for easing digestive distress. Peppermint leaves help to soothe the stomach and intestinal contraction which can often lead to nausea and stomach pain. You can directly consume peppermint leaves or have a candy this can help you to eliminate stomach pain.

Caraway seeds:

          This is the medication used since ancient times. These seeds help to treat the digestive troubles. They not only contain vitamins and minerals but also inhibit the growth of bacteria which causes indigestion, gas, bloating or stomach aches. Hence consuming caraway seeds makes it easier to ease the problem of the digestive tract.
